Kerasia - Florence

There were central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini-fridge-bar in the room, enjoyed that. The breakfast had variety of options: coffee, tea, and croissants. This was a great and magnificent location so close to Firenze Campo Marte train station as well as Florence.

Had a great time on our vacation here. the room was super nice, everything looked fresh and new. Loved that they had an electric kettle and glasses. Oh, and the walk-in shower was a real treat! 🚿

The staff here were incredibly welcoming and made sure our stay was enjoyable; the room was impeccably clean, had a cozy bed, a shower, a hairdryer, and soft bath towels.

The location near Piazza Lorenzo Ghiberti was awesome! the staff were super helpful and even cracked a few jokes. Having coffee, tea, and croissants included was a nice little extra 😊.

The hotel was awesome with its peaceful atmosphere, well-kept rooms, and excellent security. The communal kitchen was a convenient bonus, and the owner's attention to detail, including deep cleaning for asthma sufferers, was greatly appreciated.

Clean, newly refurbished accommodation with high standards. Best shower in Italy trip. Helpful, friendly owner with accurate city recommendations. Communal kitchen with coffee machine and fridge. Secure and safe property with two locked front doors. Spotlessly clean room, great VFM, received an added cot for baby. Will definitely return.

We booked this hotel to be close to the train station and it turned out to be one of our favorite stays. The charming host communicated well and provided snacks, drinks, and a fully equipped bathroom. The room was clean and comfortable, with daily cleaning and Netflix included. The location was great, with walking or bus options to the old town. The atmosphere was cozy yet modern, and the host was extremely kind and attentive to our needs. It felt like staying with family rather than at a hotel.

The location of this guest house was incredibly convenient. Within a short distance, I found myself wandering through the majestic halls of the Uffizi Gallery, soaking in the history of the Palazzo Vecchio, and crossing the iconic Ponte Vecchio. It felt like Florence's most famous sights were practically at my doorstep!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the rooms was really good, with daily cleaning and fresh towels. The hotel facilities were fine, including a beautiful garden to relax in. The location was perfect, within walking distance to both the train station and the city center. the breakfast provided, with tea, coffee, and croissants, was a great start to each day.

As vegetarians and vegans, we absolutely loved the variety of free snacks and the selection of tea available at Kerasia. The host's attentiveness and care ensured that all our dietary needs were met. The daily cleaning and replenishment of our room and the common areas further enhanced our comfortable stay.

Felt like VIPs, no complaints.
